Booking & Payment

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure a charter. Full payment is required no later than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled charter date. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the charter date may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations made 7–14 days prior may forfeit up to 50% of the total charter fee. Cancellations within 7 days of the charter date may forfeit 100% of the charter fee, subject to vessel owner terms.

Weather, Safety & Liability

Charters operate subject to weather and safety conditions as determined by the vessel’s master. The Yacht Co is not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or cancellation arising from vessel operations or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
