For more than a decade, the yachting industry has been my world.

I’ve worked both onboard as a yacht stewardess and behind the scenes as a charter booking agent, giving me a unique perspective on what makes a truly exceptional experience. Being involved in both the operational and client side of the industry has given me a practical understanding of how things work from every angle, and an appreciation for the details that often make the biggest difference.

Before entering the yachting industry, I spent many years in corporate environments focused on delivering exceptional client outcomes — an experience that continues to shape how I approach service and relationships today.

But truthfully, yachts are only part of the story.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me on a mountain property near Wombeyan Caves with my son, a collection of animals, and more projects than I probably should have. One day I might be coordinating a luxury charter on Sydney Harbour; the next, you’ll find me covered in dirt planting trees, repairing fences or working on the land. It’s a very different environment to the harbour, and I like it that way.
